Member of the Kanazawa-Admony Piano duo who won first prize in 5 international competitions: in Tokyo, Osaka, Rome, Oslo and Sicily as well as the Minister of Culture Award for a permanent ensemble. The duo performed in over 30 countries around the world. As guest soloists, they played with most of the leading orchestras in Israel. The duo released CDs with Naxus Label (Symphonic Poems by Liszt) and Romeo Records (Rhapsodies for Two Pianos) and others. Professor of piano duos at the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University, "Tel Hai" piano master classes and the Excellency Program at the Music Center in Jerusalem. In addition, he has been invited to give master classes to duo in Russia, Norway, Japan, Korea and Serbia. In piano sol, Mr. Admony taught for several decades at the conservatories of Ramat Ha'Sharon and Givatayim. International courses include Perugia and Brescia in Italy, Halle Germany and Szczecin, Poland (Euro Arts), Subotica Serbia (PianoFest) Primavera Pianistica in Belgium, Poros Academy in Greece and elsewhere.
Served as adjudicator in IDF qualified Musicians, America-Israel Cultural Foundation and IN competitions at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem music academies. His students have performed with Israel Philharmonic, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Beer Sheva Sinfonietta, Ashdod Chamber Orchestra, Perugia Soloists Orchestra and Athens Sinfonietta. Mr. Admony's CDs include the piano quartets by Enesco with EMF in Salzburg, the final CD in the anthology: "Psanterin" (compiling 100 years of Israeli piano music) and others. He is the author of the book: THE WONDERS OF MUSIC with 25 duets for teachers and pupils, music fables and illustrations.
